As the band has eased into 2024, we’ve tightened up the four-piece lineup with an awesome club gig and started booking shows for later in the year. In the meantime, I have put my head down and finished one of the dozens of tracks I’ve done over the last eighteen months or so. Donna and I are putting the finishing touches on a new song, “Fire, Moonlight and Whiskey” which will be available on Bandcamp. For now, I’ve released a new instrumental tune under the Blue On Black banner, titled “Funk This Ship”. It is up now on my Bandcamp page, and will probably find its way into a live set.
