Reviews from CD Baby
Resonance (Spirit of Man)
voice of Donna Greene, an excellent arrangement, especially "Spirit of
man" and "Fire in your liberty". A very good mini album, I only wish there
were more songs. I listen to it with a big pleasure. Congratulations!
Awesome, amazing release. He takes us in a real astral journey, he reminds
us other Aussie acts like Gambale, Garsed or Emmanuel, solid work,
extremely sensitive and touchful, clean arpeggios and exciting guitar
playing, great effort. Long live Mr Greene¡¡¡¡¡
Leap Of Face
This is a great cd. The title track rocks. Graham is australia's Satriani.
Very melodic stuff here.
Gaia Rising is really good, you´re really truckin´througthout the space,
Mr Greene should traspase the borders from Downunder, the world should
know him, he really has a site gained in the Rock Parade, he´s a great
guitarist, inspiracional and a really Master, perhaps the industry put him
in the Realm of God Guitarists.
Graham is a true artist. His musical talents, along with his composing and
arrangements, are top notch. Beautiful music that takes the listener on a
journey that relaxes the mind and soul. Graham is able to captivate you
without going over your head. Excellent!! Each piece of music is so
wonderfully put together with the right atmosphere to grab your attention
- you can feel the expression on each song without the use of words, which
allows the listener to dream its story with the music. I find myself lost
in another world as I listen form start to finish......... and it’s not
easy to come down after.
listened to both Gaia Rising and Club Voodoo. I've visited the Graham
Greene website. I've noted Mr. Greene's body of work, and his music across
all genres is outstanding to say the least. Such style, an obvious
understanding of creating visual with sound - I have to agree with (name
supplied). Where is the all mighty industry hand that should be getting
this kind of music out to the people. Definitely in the Satriani, Vai,
Holdsworth and Beck playing field - yet stylistically - an absolute
individual. Love these albums. Thanks for the sounds Graham Greene. More
